Steve O’Loughlin是ELS上海中心的中心主任。他在美國康涅狄格州出生成長，并在康涅狄格大學獲學位。

Steve O’Loughlin is the Center Director of ELS Shanghai. He was born and raised in the American state of Connecticut and has a degree from the University of Connecticut. Steve has lived in China for ten years and has been working at ELS Shanghai since 2008. Steve is interested in teaching pedagogy and methodology and, outside of work, you can always find Steve in the Former French Concession drinking coffee or barbequing hotdogs on the roof of his apartment building. Steve enjoys travelling to the tropical beaches of South-east Asia and teaching his son the finer points of open- ice checking on the hockey rin
